This morning we drove to Port Chalmers to explore a bit outside of Dunedin. The town is quite neat and would’ve been very picturesque, if not for the road work and logging trucks everywhere. I would love to go back in summer and spend an afternoon wandering through the shops and cafes in this little seaside town.

We went back to Dunners to Connie and Sam’s place, where we made them breakfast and were plied with coffee and conversation. We ended up spending most of the day with them. It was a really nice visit. We ran errands for a bit (getting a crack windscreen fixed, etc.) and then came back for the evening. We made a massive batch of nachos and had a movie night together. It was good fun!

(Apologies for the awkward photos, we had some timer and centering difficulties.)
